Hey, I'm Paul!
For the past 6+ years, I've helped local businesses grow with paid ads and the systems behind them, managing over $3 million in ad spend across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
I started as a Google Ads specialist, managing a 30-client portfolio and learning how lead generation works across dozens of industries, from HVAC and landscaping to counselling practices.
In 2022, I started my own lead generation agency for gyms and martial arts schools. We worked with over 100 clients in the space, managing an active portfolio of 35 with a team of five, built a playbook that consistently brought in new members, and sold the agency to a strategic buyer in 2026.
I've been on the owner side too. As co-owner of a kids’ coding franchise, I built the marketing engine myself, from paid ads and CRM to community partnerships, with my own budget on the line. Today I work directly with a small number of businesses, helping them keep up as platforms shift, ad costs rise, and AI rewrites the playbook.
My goal is simple: lead with value, stay transparent, and deliver real results.
